Biography:

Charlie Dismore is a nationally known speaker, trainer and consultant serving real estate owners and third-party operators across the country for the past three decades. After a successful career as a United States Marine Corps engineer officer, with assignments overseeing the operation, maintenance and development of two major military installations, Charlie carried this expertise into the corporate world in positions with Trammell Crow, Lincoln Property Company, CB Richard Ellis/Mega, and Capstone Real Estate Services. His industry knowledge and skills grew from hands-on experience as Property Manager, Leasing Broker, and Project Manager with operation and construction oversight responsibilities in major cities across the U.S., as well as internationally. Charlie designs and delivers informative and entertaining presentations targeted to professional development, industry education, best practice methodology, and significant bottom line impact.
